Every RBLSFCLS piece is curated strictly on demand following order placement. Production requires 2–5 business days, followed by standard premium shipping from our closest regional fulfillment hub. Once your consignment dispatches, tracking credentials are sent via email immediately.

Yes. We offer traceable worldwide shipping from decentralized production nodes to minimize transit distances and reduce environmental footprint. Local duties, customs parameters, and regional taxes are computed dynamically at checkout.

No. Because our garments are produced individually to eliminate textile waste, all sales are final. If an item arrives physically compromised or displays a manufacturing defect, contact hello@rblsfcls.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange an immediate replacement.

Because our on-demand production pipeline initiates rapidly following order submission, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. If a critical correction is required, contact hello@rblsfcls.com instantly with your order reference to evaluate the processing status.

To optimize transit efficiency and maintain a minimal footprint, items are routed directly to the regional production facility closest to your destination. This decentralized execution model occasionally requires pieces from a single order to arrive in separate, staggered parcels.

If your order has not entered active production, which happens within 1 hour of order, address updates can be executed manually by contacting hello@rblsfcls.com immediately. Once the production or shipping sequence initiates, destination parameters cannot be altered or rerouted.
